Payments and other transfers of money in relation to our website are effected through direct bank transfer or through Paypal which provides a proprietary, online payment platform enabling the transfer of money for the purposes of this website.

Orders
You represent that you have the capacity to make and fulfil your orders and that your use of our products will not breach copyright or any other laws. In making your orders you will do nothing to harm or prejudice this website or its ownership.

You will complete the order form on this website and provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information including contact and payment details and you will promptly update this information as required from time to time.

You recognise that we have the right to refuse, cancel or vary any order for any reason and we will take steps to inform you of the circumstances in each case. In the event of any refusal, cancellation or variation we will promptly provide you with details of the relevant circumstances.

We will provide email confirmation of receipt of all orders, but no order is accepted by us until we despatch the products you have ordered, except in the case of personalised products or items. In the event that a discount code is applicable then only one code may apply to any one product, item or order.

The prices shown are cash prices in GBP pounds sterling and are exclusive of any value added tax or other taxes.

Postage, Packing and Returns
Products are despatched in protective packaging designed and tested to keep the products reasonably free from damage during transit. Delivery charges are calculated based on package weight to allow us to offer the most efficient and cost-effective service, and delivery charges are subject to change.

We use a range of courier and mail services as appropriate and delivery times and tracking will vary according to the circumstances and delivery cannot be guaranteed. At the time of order, we will provide a forecast of the likely delivery time, subject to circumstances, and you will contact us promptly in the event that your order does not arrive in accordance with that forecast. We will always work with you to remedy any cases of damage or non-delivery.

If purchasing from outside the UK, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. You may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional charges for customs clearance.These are payable by you.You agree have no liability in relation to these payments and you indemnify and hold us harmless against such payments in accordance with the indemnity set out in the terms of this website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for a product returned within 14 days provided that the returned product is in its original condition. When you place a pre-order, you will pay the price of the product together with postage and packing. Pre-order payments do not guarantee availability of the product but represent your offer to buy the product when it is generally released for sale. We reserve the right not to accept your offer and your offer is only accepted once the pre-ordered product has been despatched.

We will provide expected release dates in accordance with the best information available to us from time to time and we reserve the right to change these dates. Any such changes will be without liability on our part.
A pre-order may be cancelled at any time before despatch of the product and you will be entitled to a refund of your pre-order payment.
